Parallels network configuration: XP guest and Kubuntu host

I installed Parallels Workstation on my Ubuntu machine. I would like to access to the internet with the guest operating system (Win XP), but it does not function. I can see the host IP-Adress but not others IP-Adresses in the same network.
The IP-Address of Guest-Windows XP is 192.168.1.12 (in the "Host-Kubuntu" this address is nic0=10.37.129.2) and the host IP-Adress is 192.168.1.11. Have I to do something with routing tables or something ?
Can somebody help me?

Thanks
Fabian
