Odd MA401 problem

I have an odd problem with my MA401 card (no, it's not a MA401RA). I have a IBM T21, Redhat 9.0 vanilla install running kernel 2.4.21. At home, I can connect to my Linksys AP w/out any problems, even when using 128 Bit WEP. At work, I can't connect. I've checked the SSID and the WEP Key 10 times, cut and pasted directly from files to ensure that I wasn't screwing anything up, but still no luck. I used to be able to connect at work, but then they turned WEP on and I couldn't connect anymore. My company is using DLink WG602 APs. The led on the MA401 is blinking, but I'm not connecting. I've downloaded the latest orinon_cs drivers from ozlab. I've read many threads that state that MA401's need to use the wlan-ng drivers, but my orinico driver works fine at home, WEP or no WEP. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be? Here's the usual info:
