My connection works fine in XP, Mandrake 10, and Kanotix, but when I try to establish it in red hat I cannot get it to work. I use a DSL connection through a ethernet port and do not know how to configure it. I tried everything I knnow to get it to work. I am not familiar with red hat and would like to get the internet working first. Any help appreciated.

Use Iface
with nothing under or after the titles.
cat /etc/reslove.conf gives nothing. I looked at this file and there is nothing in it.
I did these thing in Kanotix and got completely different outputs:
