Need to know client IP (what is it)

I need to know the IP from a client so I can setup some port-forwarding from the router (clarkconnect) If I issue ifconfig I get the following:

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:02:44:20:AA:3C
inet addr:192.168.1.251 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
inet6 addr: fe80::202:44ff:fe20:aa3c/64 Scope:Link
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:1291945 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:1698799 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:507576516 (484.0 MiB) TX bytes:559865988 (533.9 MiB)
Interrupt:17 Base address:0x4f00

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:117735 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:117735 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:11433961 (10.9 MiB) TX bytes:11433961 (10.9 MiB)

What is the IP? I guess 192.168.1.251.......Am I right?

Regards
