need a bandwidth manager


Can anyone point me to a good easy to manage bandwidth monitor? I need something to manage bandwidth for 200-300 users..

What would you like to do? Only check or also assign to users/services?

I need something that I can assign and monitor bandwidth with, the ability to filter different services would be a plus, but not necessary.
