You CAN NOT assign IP from the same subnetwork to a different interfaces on the same box. Internal router wont work.
You can if the interfaces are on the same subnet. However, if it is a case of a subnet duplicated over two or more ethernet broadcast segments, then things will act nasty unless you use the same IP address on each. However, I don't know if the OPs case matches any of this (I'd need to see more unedited configurations AND intentions to know for sure about his situation).
Yes servers are in data centre. BTW, route -n command picks data from which file. Can you please give me a hint of that file. I will be thankful.
You showed two /27 subnets of same size and within the same /26. Do you really have a /26 and are trying to split them in half for some reason? What are your goals and motivations?
