You can if the interfaces are on the same subnet. However, if it is a case of a subnet duplicated over two or more ethernet broadcast segments, then things will act nasty unless you use the same IP address on each. However, I don't know if the OPs case matches any of this (I'd need to see more unedited configurations AND intentions to know for sure about his situation).

You showed two /27 subnets of same size and within the same /26. Do you really have a /26 and are trying to split them in half for some reason? What are your goals and motivations?
