Angry MS Access DB File multi User problem with SAMBA

I am fairly new to the whole Linux thing, trying to migrate over to an RH9 server with latest version of SAMBA.

SAMBA is working AOK for file serving and print serving, however I am trying to use an M$ Access Database on the server. More than one user is not being allowed to access the file at a time.

I tried to set oplocks = no
kernel oplocks = no
level2 oplocks = no

fake oplocks = yes
locking = no

and none of it has worked. Testparm shows no syntax problems.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

-Gregory
