mail mail & mail

if any one who is expert in sendmail please help me. i want to mail between different domain

computer1----------> DNS
sendmail_server1-------> abc.com test.net <-------sendmail_server2

on computer1 two forward zone named "abc.com" and "test.net" are properly configured and i queried from abc.com and got right results (with MX record) , and from test.net (sendmail_server2) got right results (with MX records) .

All local mail are properly recieving, but when a user send's mail to another domain, mail is accepted by MTA but after some time mail failure message is sent by its MTA with message

to: user1@test.net
from: user1@abc.com
Mail delivery failure following have permenant bad address user1@test.net

changes Made by me in sendmail are

1) i comment out the following line
dnl # Deamon_Options(`MT..........127.0.0.1...') i dont remember whole line
2) in access file
test.net RELAY
3)local_hosts_..... file defined my domain name
test.net

same configuration i did on another end

1) commented loopback address
dnl # Deamon..............
2) in access file
abc.com RELAY
3) local_hosts file defined domain name
abc.com

i am using RH9.0
when i query from any MTA e.g
>set query=MX
abc.com
it gives me correcto fqdn and its ip address

what is the problem, and whats the purpose of other files in /etc/mail directory
