mail forwarding


created .forward in user home directory named "neo" and typed

root

and then as a root restarted sendmail but root not getting mails of neo user, neo can get his mails


how to resovle this problem ,

If I'm not wrong you must write the whole email address (i.e. root@yourhost.com), or to forward mail to another user in the same computer you must add a "\" in front of the username (i.e. \root)

bathory: exactly what do you mean by box: machine/computer or mailbox?
