login to my system.

I'm browsing outside of my university.I have an account in my university server.Which is running ftp service.I wanna to connect it.I know the server IP.But it is within the proxy server. The proxy server provides an internet connection for my whole university

When ping the server it is not reachable because it is inside a router and proxy server. With this i wanna connect to my acount server.pls.

The proxy server is also an inside of my ISP.Now i should connect to ISP and then proxyserver after that my server. Is it possible?I know the ISP server IP and proxy server and obviously my server.

The only possibility is if you can SSH/TELNET to the proxy server, then FTP to the server that has the FTP daemon running on it. Contact the system administrator and see is VPN is available to students; probably wont be but its worth a shot. Otherwise, its not possible.

I think in this case, it's better to contact the system administrator of your university. If you can't reach the server then most likely it's a port problem. If it's allowed to have a FTP account and you have one but can't login, it's all their problem. Don't try to do anything yourself because you can get in trouble.

Well its not a problem, its called security. If they leave SSH/TELNET open to the outside world, then it was meant to be like that. Give my above explanation a shot.
