Unhappy local mailserver

I have an old p3 450mhz desktop that I want to use as a mailserver for a small company.
Suse linux 9.0 professional, 10/100 nic, 6g hdd, 50x cdrom.
I figure that I can use fetchmail to grab mail from 7 diff. roadrunner email accounts and sort them using procmail for about 30+ users.
After storing and sorting how do I get the mail to the 30+ windows machines in the office, and allow those same computers to send mail through one of the 7 rr accounts with their usernames included?

I've looked at sendmail and a few of its relatives, but have no idea how to use them.

Go here and read my last post in this thread.

You can also try www.qmailrocks.org, but I have never used this one.
