My point is that CLI configuration's step is different from GUI. If instruction is for CLI, you can't apply to GUI without any change.

I don't need to configure anything, if I want to connect via terminal, because I can download config files from provider.
However, every connection attempt over KDE fails even after manual creation (by following provider's instructions). Hopefully that's clear enough.

Download certificate and try it again.

I DO have a certificate! Without it I can't establish any connection.
