IP are not Reachable

I have a problem that I can't reach an IP while using traceroute but by identify the device I have response

traceroute -i team1 10.122.244.1 traceroute to 10.122.244.1 (10.122.244.1), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets 1 * * * 2 * * * 3 * * * 4 * *

Those are private IP addresses. What are you trying to accomplish?

-i is to specify an interface such as eth0

I am trying to reach this IP "10.122.244.1" first I have think that the problem that next hop of team1 interface are unreachable as the out of traceroute only showing hos are unreachable but by adding option interface the IP is reachable meanwhile there is still connectivity problem between the two servers but I want to know if there is any problem on my server or not .

That address appears to be on a local private subnet, and your networking may not be set up to automatically route that subnet through that interface. (Thus it works only when you specify the interface, bypassing the default routing in the process.)
