howto setup alias database?

how to setup alias database that alias each user to user@that.users.mailhost?
Don't know if that's right place to start because users from outside of this mail server coudn't send mail. Any comment is greatly appreciated!

If you're using sendmail, the instructions for making virtual users are at http://www.sendmail.org/virtual-hosting.html Sendmail Configuration point 4.

Or, if you use Webmin add the users to the virtuser tables
