How to run script on connection to given IP?

I'd like my system to run a script each time a TCP connection is made to a particular host (aside: actually, I want to know when someone's doing ebay stuff). I've just learnt about netfilter's ULOG feature, and it seems like the right approach, however I haven't found many ULOG clients after some preliminary web searching (only ulogd and ulog-acct, which don't suit the needs described above).

I'd appreciate pointers to a suitable ULOG client, or suggestions about alternative approaches.
