how to configure tcp-server to avoid send_Queuing/recv_Queuing counter in netstat

I have a tcp-server or may be it is lazy tcp-server because sometime the program freez and dose not put/get the data to/from socket and i see some number is send_Q/recv_Q column of 'netstat -tn' command.

is there a configuration to avoid this queue?

See the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Telling us "tcp-server", that "the program freez", or that you see "some number", tells us absolutely NOTHING.

What program? What version/distro of Linux? Environment? What are you trying to do? Without details, we can't help, similar to what you were told previously:
