The answer to your question is Samba. It is a great open-source implementation of window's file sharing protocol (SMB/CIFS.) Here is a great text on the subject to get you started.

Hi,
You need samba to access your windows share folder. After installed you need to activate the samba daemon process using service from SystemTool menu or ntsysv from console.
Then you can use the following command to mount windows share folder,
mount -t smbfs -o username=<winsystemusername>,password /<winsysname>/<sharefoldername> /<mounting location on your lin sys>

now it ask the password , you give your windows password. Now that windows folder mounted on the location what you specified.

Now one tool is available for this mounting function. Search linneighborhood rpm package for Redhat in google.
