how can i boot to the shell WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION?


hi!

i want to fix my linux box so that it boots up straight to the shell prompt as root, without needing a manual login..i want this because i want to use this machine as a node on a network , without a monitor...
i suppose theres no limit to how far you can twist linux, so ho wdo i do this one?
