Help! AR9462 BLE testing

Hi All,

Do you know is there any way to set the AR9462 into BLE and WiFi test mode? we have make a product using AR9462 module; however, test lab request us to set the BLE and WiFi into test mode so they could control the frequency, channel, TX power etc....

I have done a lot of research and find that most BLE device will have a DTM mode? and not sure if AR9462 already have it? If yes, how can we get into DTM mode? For the WiFi, I also see there is TX99 mode? if it is a mode for WiFi testing?

Or there will be other way can do it??

This question has been pending for a month, and we want to get some support from your guys if possible.

thanks

Melvin

Fairly confused about this: your team has MADE a device...but doesn't know how it works, or the specs of the parts used? The only people who can answer this, is the manufacturer of whatever component(s) you're concerned with. Different devices/chipsets/firmware levels have different capabilities.

well the manufacturer is really just a manufacturer where they can't connect us to Qualcomm nor provide the standard ART for testing....so we are now thinking an alternative way to do it.

Sorry, no. Their documentation should have all of the capabilities they support for what they manufacture. There isn't anything anyone can do for you here, since we don't know the exact manufacturer, chipset, firmware level, etc., etc....all the things mentioned before. Your options are to get in touch with the manufacturer or call Qualcomm directly and see if you can get info from them.

Past that, there is nothing Linux related that can be done.
