Unhappy Having trouble installing rpms for new Samba release

Hi. I just downloaded the new Samba files.

samba-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
samba-client-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
samba-common-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm
samba-swat-3.0.4-2.i386.rpm

I have them all in the same directory and I am logged in as root user.

When I try to install the first one by double-clicking it with a mouse and goes through it stages to search for dependencies and finally receive this error.

Package Not Found ...samba-common under the heading Unlocatable package.

But the package is in the same directory.

Am I suppose to copy all the above to a specific directory before I install them?

Am I not installing them properly? I looked for documentation but I could not find any.

Your help is greatly appreciated and thanks for your help and comments.

I like to know what the commands I am using mean so I can walk away with more info.

What does the following options mean or do?

-i
-v
-h

-F

note: the following tread was edited.
Oh, forget it. I should be able to get that info with a man rpm, right?
