Fedora Internet Connections

I'm having a problem with connecting to the internet on Fedora Core 4. i'm using an ADSL connection, through a router with 2 other computers connected to it (both windows XP computers). I'm also using Firefox. The strange thing is that it will let me load up my ISP's homepage fine, and browse around their website... but it won't let me access anything outside the ISP's homepage. any suggestions? if you need more info then of course just ask

Are you sure that you are not loading your ISPs home page out of cash?
Can you ping google
Code:
ping google.com
Should get
PING google.com (216.239.37.99): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 216.239.37.99: icmp_seq=0 ttl=242 time=38.403 ms
64 bytes from 216.239.37.99: icmp_seq=1 ttl=242 time=38.573 ms
Don't ping them forever, 2-3 times is enough. Ctrl-C to quit.
Can you get google by
http://216.239.37.99/ in your browser?

If you can't ping the site then you have connection, network interface, firewall issue.
If you can ping and get google by IP address you have a DNS issue.

I don't know if it can help you:

My Internet provider remember Ethernet card hardware numbers of my computers.
When i have any new machine I have to register it, and pay extra service fee to connect it to the Internet.

Registration form is available at provider web site, ant only those pages are available until registration.

( Of course I have MASQUERADE and pay for only one machine )
