FC3, Apache, and my Linksys Router

Hey everyone, a friend of mine referred me to this site hopefully you'll can help me out with this.
I am running a FC3 box with Apache, trying to get this damn web server to run. Internally on my LAN it works fine but when others try to connect the firewall seems to be blocking all their requests.

Configuration is as follows:
The linux box is on a static IP on the LAN
In UPnP forwarding on the firewall, Port 80 via TCP is forwarded to the webserver(Linux1)
"Block anonymous internet requests" is disabled
Linux1 is in a DMZ
I'm not sure what "Filter Internet NAT redirection" does but I'm pretty sure that isn't stopping it.

The apache access logs show nothing outside the LAN getting through. Running ethereal on the Linux1 doesn't show any http requests coming through anywhere. Any ideas?

Is a firewall running on the webserver box?

I called my ISP and port 80 is blocked by what they call a "spammer." I worked around the issue by going to another port.
