Unhappy extremail

hi
i have installed extremail in my redhat server(7.).
have added users and domains
my server happens to be the proxy for some windows machines.
i tried to send/download messages from my incredimail/win98 with following settings:
server(pop3 and smtp) -ip of the server
port -for both -4501
-----------------------------------------------------
following is the message i get when i try to send/fetch mail

-------------------
it doesnt go beyond that.
WHAT MUST I DO TO GO THROUGH EXTREMAIL AND SEND/RECEIVE MAIL

confused?

I think there may be some confusion here. With Extremail, port 4501 is the MANAGEMENT port. That port is not used to transfer mail. You should check your config file to verify your port settings. The standard port for SMTP is 25 and for POP3 it is 110.
