Exim4 not receiving mail.

Hello,
I am a bit new to setting up mail. I have a out of the box debian stable setup running exim4. I can send email ok but I cant receive any email. From /var/log/exim4/mainlog:
2009-10-27 14:58:30 H=mail-qy0-f191.google.com [209.85.221.191] F=<manbo@gmail.com> rejected RCPT <oman@rman.com>: relay not permitted

Any help would be appreciated.

As root execute

dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config

Follow the instructions and add the domain
