I am running Debian and it won't connect to the internet. I have Verizon DSL on a router. When I boot up Debian and try to browse the internet, nothing happens. I don't know how else to connect to the internet or configure anything.
The question is if your DLS connection was set to DHCP, which does not require user nor password to connect, autoconnet if we may, then all you have to do is set your network device in debian to DHCP, autodetect settings, and thats it. Now if you were using a user login and password to access your internet connection, then you need to do the same with deb connection, set your DSL setting to require user and pass..... hope i could help....
I don't know how to start the internet. What is the command to connect to the internet? I can't find any settings to change information about my network.
