Dial in Server Routing Problems

In the mean time we required dial in server in linux so i installed mgetty-1.1.26-6 and installed modem with the help of http://www.howtoforge.com/linux_dialin_server document. The Remote computer can establish connection on my modem without any problems but the problem is the remote computer only get or ping my dialin server and cannot access the whole network.I also given the below command
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
but the remote computer cannot access or ping the network except the dialin server.

Here i am giving the linux configuration files.

vi /etc/ppp/options.server

-detach
asyncmap 0
modem
crtscts
lock
proxyarp
ms-dns 192.168.100.101 #replace 1.2.3.4 with DNS address Primary
ms-dns 192.168.100.102 #replace 3.4.5.6 with DNS address Slave

vi /etc/ppp/options.ttyS0
192.168.100.101:192.168.100.102 #serverAddress:clientAdress
netmask 255.255.255.0 #The netmask of the LAN the server is connected to

vi /etc/ppp/pap-secrets
# Secrets for authentication using PAP
# client server secret IP addresses
administrator * rrcrrc *

vi /etc/sysctl.conf

# Kernel sysctl configuration file for Red Hat Linux
#
# For binary values, 0 is disabled, 1 is enabled. See sysctl(8) and
# sysctl.conf(5) for more details.

# Controls IP packet forwarding
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1

# Controls source route verification
net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter = 1

# Controls the System Request debugging functionality of the kernel
kernel.sysrq = 0

# Controls whether core dumps will append the PID to the core filename.
# Useful for debugging multi-threaded applications.
kernel.core_uses_pid = 1

Please provide me the help to route the network.

Regards

Satish

Since you have not received a reply for 1-1/2 days, I'm going to post a suggestion. If I'm to assume the setup instructions on the site you list are correct, it only leaves me with one thought. Not all kernel distributions are compiled with IP routing and IP forwarding ability enabled. You may want to check yours.

I'm weak on this topic, so others please feel free to add more.
