Debian connected network IP resolve problems

Hello, I have a problem with my debian server & network. If someone help me about that i really get so happy

First of all i have 2 interface on Debian Server.
1 is connected to ADSL modem (internet)
2 is connected to Network

Problem is,
Any client from Network cannot ping www.google.com or anywhere. (not resolving)

But,
Debian Server can ping www.google.com , its resolving.

My config is;
100.100.100.5 is for ethernet which is connected to ADSL
192.168.1.1 is for ethernet which is connected to Network

doby:/etc# ifconfig
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:E0:29:6F:81:14
inet addr:100.100.100.5 Bcast:100.100.100.255 Mask:255.255.255.0

TX packets:174400 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:137838198 (131.4 MiB) TX bytes:22190527 (21.1 MiB)
Interrupt:19 Base address:0xec00

eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:08:74:B0F:A4
inet addr:192.168.1.1 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1

collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:35659860 (34.0 MiB) TX bytes:166494151 (158.7 MiB)
Base address:0xe8c0 Memory:ff8c0000-ff8e0000

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:12346 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:12346 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:1621755 (1.5 MiB) TX bytes:1621755 (1.5 MiB)

doby:/etc# nano resolv.conf
nameserver 200.1.156.11 (internet out IP)

What can be the problem ?
I just want to ping www.google.com or anywhere from CLIENTS into network.

Also if someone give me online support via chat or something , would be perfect.

Your two networks are not connected.

You can set up the debian server as an internet gateway.

Alternatively you could bridge the networks, though that would defeat the purpose of having a server. If you don't need to control the access of the other clients, then a dedicated switch/router will use less power than an always on server, especially if it is a home environment.
