Connecting two pc's across the internet

Hi,

Please can someone can me, i'm trying to access my friends linux box throught the internet. Is there a way to treat the connection to my friends pc as a network drive?

We are both running RH8 behind 4 port hubs with port forwarding allowed.

Thanks in advance.
