Unhappy Compile ESFQ into Kernel

I'm trying to compile on a 2.6.19.7 kernel the latest patch for esfq : 2007-06-24: esfq-2.6.21.5.tar.gz

I got this error :
CC net/sched/sch_esfq.o
net/sched/sch_esfq.c: In function 'esfq_hash':
net/sched/sch_esfq.c:182: error: 'struct sk_buff' has no member named 'mark'
make[2]: *** [net/sched/sch_esfq.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [net/sched] Error 2
make: *** [net] Error 2

Any ideas?
