Cool colour represantation not quite correct

Hi,

I'm using vncserver to serve out Linux applications to Windows client running vncserver. Both the server and client is running on 16 bit colour. However, I found out is that the colour from client doesn't quite match the colour of the server.

The client colour looked very wash out

How does one solve this problem ?
