CIFS Mounting Problem

HI, everyone

I have this Mandrake 10 RC1 installed on my computer, and I am running kernel 2.6.2-3mdk. I am assuming it will be able to do cifs mounting like what I have read.

I tried to use :
mount.cifs //ecfile1/victorhe /mnt/Ndrive -o username=victorhe
Password:
<I entered my password>
but it gibes me this error:
mount error 13 = Permission denied

Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
