Given the ip/subnet info you posted, your default gateway is incorrect. Typically, the default GW is set to the low or high end of the addressable range for that network address. i.e.

It works on Win 2003 Server and it's the info I got from my ISP so I don't think the GW is wrong.
Can it be anything else??

Are you sure you're reading the w2k3 server route tables correctly? Again - given the ip/netmask you posted, the listed default gateway (that is posted) is incorrect. Octets 3 & 4 fall outside the addressable range shown in my previous post.
Suggestion: Why don't you post the output of "route print" from your w2k3 server.
