can't access /etc/resolv.conf


hi

i am new to fedora 3 linux and am trying to connect to net.
i am trying to access /etc/resolv.conf to write something. i can't do that even as a root. even 'cat /etc/resolv.conf' won't help

help

you cannot edit a file using cat, you can only see it.
If you want to edit the file use pico, vi, or whatever else is available to you.
