Ok something you all missed till now ... he is using bridge utils (brctl)

this little proggie is making transparent bridge ... which works on Layer 2 of the TCP/IP stack.

and best of all you don't need iptables to do the masquerading it will only interfere.

Just flush the rules and set def policy to accept. That should do it.

then follow by??

I'm not an expert in the bridging arena. I guess you have to read the bridge how2:

i know what is the problem already...i should flush the IPtables and then set policy to accept...then DONE!!!
