bandwidth contolling with timing


Greetings to All,
im using ctshaper to control bandwidth, all I want to do is to limit bandwidth on timely manner as in microtec which brust the bandwidth for 150 sec then after that it will downgrade it for-example if i set 512 then it will be brust it for 150 seconds then downgrade it arround 256 or something. how to acheive it using ctshaper or cbq. looking forward for your kind response.
