Apache Server up, but acid and MRTG home page could not be view!!

Hi,

i'm a noob over here. I try to view my acid console and mrtg homepage, but unfortunately it did prompt for the user and password, and after the authentication, it shows that it couldn't detect the DNS serverwith blank output. I did check on my httpd(apache) services and its up and running. I'm so puzzled that previously one of my colleagues could open up the page, and now its totally stopped.

Please advice what are the steps that i need to check and what are the possible errors that happen. I cracked my head on those services to be up and running, but yet the page could not display anything.

thanks,

alex

What does the httpd error logs have to say on this?

if u installed httpd from the rpm binaries, try looking into /var/log/httpd/error_log

Cheers
