3Com 3CCFE575BT configure! HELP!

Hi all,
I have a 3Com network card 3CCFE575BT that I am trying to configure on my Dell Inspiron 2500 notebook which runs RedHat 7.2 (kernel 2.4.9-34). Linux seems recognize the card and load the driver 3c59x, but I still can not log on the internet.
I tried to recompile the kernel with driver downloaded from pcmcia-cs.sourceforge.net but still can not solve the problem.

The messages in /var/log/messages said:

I have no idea about the problem and how to fix it. Please HELF!
