Unhappy I'm having trouble side-loading to this version of Fire OS


I'm using a Kindle Fire, device model Fire 5th generation with serial number GOKO H404 5477 10LT

I'm having trouble loading data by USB.

Help

Some of those get difficult if you have already updated Fire OS.

Guys, the original poster mentioned sideloading, which is installing an apk obtained outside the amazon store. It does not require replacing FireOS with custom OS (although installing lineage on my kids Fire HD8 was a significant improvement so I'm all for that too).

Pendeb, what exactly are you trying to do and what goes wrong when you try to do it?

It will be really difficult if yours Fire OS is already updated. I believe technifiser can help.

All versions of FireOS support side-loading. Updates don't matter.
