android to com cable so I can setup cisco routers ?

I am looking to use an android device to administer cisco routers, well more importantly do the initial setup after that I can ssh.

Previously on devices without a com port I would do a usb - db9 which went to the com cable.

my question is

a. are the prerequisite usb-db9 drivers available for android ?

b. if not is there something I am not thinking of ?

c. I saw a post about someone trying one of theseno word as to if it worked, has anyone else had success with one of these + android ?

android, cisco, com cable, setup cisco using android
