linux mint Petre kde 64 bit config errors

hi File system has errors Katerc Khelpcenterrc Not writable
Kmixrc
Krunnerrc
Polkit1 authc
Kmix1xctrirc
Knotifyrc
Kaccessrc Not writable
Unexpected Inconsistency
Run FSCK Manualy. nothing changed
Could not start Xsever
Tried Gparted unmount and check
Firefox not loading
Still looking for a solution to have system up and runing
