How to reactivate WWAN / mobile broadband card?

Hello, I have Thinkpad X60 with Sierra Wireless MC8755 as WWAN / UMTS modem. I installed Linux Mint 18 with XFCE, I could see this card with "lsusb" and also in the "NEtwork manager" applet. Then I occasionally unchecked "enable mobile broadband" - and my card disappeared. Completely. Also from the "lsusb"-results.

Unfortunately, I found no way to reactivate the card. "Modem manager" does not show my card too. Can anyone give a hint, how to reactivate the WWAN card?

Thanks in advance,
Andrey

What did you uncheck it in? You have to get back to whatever it messed up.
