uk laptop vendor that doesn't come with windows

I'm about to go back to college and would really like a laptop do to my work on. I'm not really too fused on specs, but does anyone know of somewhere in the uk that sells laptops without windows installed? I really do not want to have to pay extra for something I'm going to rip out. Otherwise, does it still say in the licence for windows that if you don't agree to the licence then you can go back to the OEM and collect a refund? I remember seeing this in the 'revolution os' video, and remember OEM's being not so friendly about this and loads of guys getting hasled about this. Thanks for any help.
