That inf file won't work in Linux since its a file for Windows. What do you get for the card with the lspci command? What chipset is it and full make, model, etc? Better details get better answers.

Basically its a wlan200 by compaq for compaq evo n1000c laptop. I thought that I am suppose to use windows .sys and .inf file to get it to work with ndiswrapper? If not, then how else can I get it to work?

Thanks
