Should work.

I've used Linux on a number of Dells. You may want to doublecheck what wireless chipset and what graphics card it has. I searched for the specs and it appears to have NVidia graphics. I could not find what wireless it has, but, back when I used to use Inspirons, they tended to have Broadcom wireless. Both can work with Linux, but may take a little extra effort to get working.

I'd recommend doing the install with wired connection, but, then, I recommend that for all installs.
