Toughbook CF-H2 - good for Linux?

Tried searching but didn't really find anything specific.

Wondering if Linux would be fully functional with drivers, etc. Esp with the touchscreen. I usually go for Mint but I can look at something else if it would be better.

Intrigued by the tablet form factor but obviously it would need to have good touchscreen support for that to work here
