Question suse 9.3 on acer aspire 3000


i have an acer aspire 3000
AMD sempron 3000+
15.0" XGA TFT LCD
60 GB HDD
DVD-Dual
256MB DDR
Bluetooth

my problem is :
after installing suse 9.3 i can not see if it's full or empty ant ideas
i am using Kpowersave

youre talking about the battery right? if so get a newer kernel

www.kernel.org or check if there's a update for your distro.

You need kernel 2.6.15 or later, or you need patch your old one with a static DSDT. I think SUSE 10.1 already has kernel 2.6.16 so it may be worthwhile to upgrade to that release and have it working out of the box.

I would definatly recommend downloading the latest Opensuse.
