Problem with installation POP_OS 20.04LTS on Acer Aspire 3 from USB - can't see drive
Hi!
I've recently purchased Acer Aspire 3 with AMD A4 9120e processor, Radeon R3 Graphics, 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD with Endless preinstalled. I have disabled secure boot and managed to start POP_OS installation process from USB drive, and everything works fine until I get to this step;
I have managed to get Windows 10 on it, and update BIOS. However, still when I try to install Ubuntu there is no option to select drive/partition. It's like installer is not recognizing there is ssd in the laptop.
You haven't indicated what happens when you click on the Modify partitions tab in the lower left of the Custom Install option??
You have posted an image of GParted but only showing the usb from which you are installing. When you click the down arrow to the right of /dev/sda in the upper right of the window, do you see your other drive? The image you posted has 2 terminal outputs and the one which appears to show what you get when you click Custom install is not visible?
