no sound through notebook speakers after kernel update

hello, i'm Dodutz from Italy, sorry for my english.
I have a pavilion dv5 1110 el and opensuse 11.1.
yesterday i update kernel at 2.6.27.19.3.2 default, before this operation my speakers works fine after changed option "model=hp-m4" in etc/modprobe.d/sound.
now works only headphones.
My ALSA INFORMATION is located at http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=5a...a35b477a374fba.
in this information there are option "model=hp-m4-1" but not work whit "hp-m4" too.
I tried in every way, can you help me?

well, jesteday night i installed alsa driver kmp default but i have no sound.
the system asked me an important update aaa-base and then magically my speakers sound!
i have sound now!!!
