I know Fedora Linux (and maybe others) have native support for Palm PDAs. Is there somewhere I could get support for connecting my Pocket PC to Linux? If you know of one that syncs with evolution, that would be even more amazing.
You need to be more specific on what pda you own. Not just the brand either. Windows dropped direct ir connection support for latter versions of windowsCE so more specific info may be needed.
do usb connections not work for some reason? Also I was curious about syncing with linux, not merely connecting. But thanks for the website, it may become useful in the future.

That is for the Palm not for the Pocket PC. I am looking for the same type of program as DJOtaku, I use a Dell Axim x30 and its high on the rapidly shrinking list of why I still use Windows.
Take a trip over to the Mepis boards. Someone over there has pocket PC working with Mepis linux and evolution 2. They provide info on the packages they use and changes needed to make it work. They say it works okay. Do a search for "pocket pc". Maybe that will help. I have no idea if you'll be synching with pocket Outllok though :>)
